Are You a Rescue? Help Us Save Hunting Hounds.The pro-hunting lobby is currently arguing that if hunting is banned, they will have no choice but to kill their hounds. That's why Protect the Wild has launched the Rehome the Hounds campaign. We've partnered with canine behaviourists Amelia Steel and Toby Craze, and rescue The Pack Project UK, to change the narrative around hunting hounds, and to prove that there is another way.
Together, we're building a public list of rescues willing to pledge a space for at least one hound, should their local hunt reach out. We already have pledges for over 90 hounds. That's 90 lives that could be saved!

If you aren't a rescue ask your local resuce to get in touch, encourage them to help!
The decision ultimately rests with the hunts, but having committed rescues ready makes all the difference. Be a rescue who tries to helps dogs, when no one else did!
